The purpose of this survey is to better understand the needs and interests of future generations of health science students. Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individuals. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. The survey questions will be about your background and your current interest to become a healthcare worker. Feel free to leave any question blank if you do not feel comfortable answering. We will do our best to keep your information confidential. All data is stored in a password-protected electronic format in a server housed by McGill. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. The results of this study will be used for scholarly purposes only and may be shared with project sponsors, namely, McGill University and Health Canada.

*The goal of the mentorship program would be to create long-term relationships between healthcare students in universities and high school students such as yourself, that may be interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field. This program will foster connections, knowledge transfer and skills building between students. Meetings will include effective study tips, admission process review and how to build a strong CV/resume.
